Laziness and Air guitars

Can't move far, 

can't fly high, 

or swimm too deep, 

can't stop looking at my dog, 

lying on the floor, 

thinking of sleeping, 

or just sleeping, 

or trying to, 

can't stop looking at her, 

slowly she closes her eyes, 

and gives love, 

and asks for nothing but some few words, 

can't move far, 

I am lazy, 

just lazy to move, 

lazy to take a look around, 

lazy and sleepy, 

it's a beautiful day, 

a nice Monday morning, 

but can't hear the bird singing outside, 

I am too lazy to pay atention, 

wish I could stop wondering, 

stop hearing my inner voices, 

and just enjoy really dark coffee, 

play air guitar and laugh at me, 

laugh at my laziness, 

and as someone said, 

I like cheese, 

I like beer, 

I like rain, 

and I like the storm, 

go away through the snow, 

I am calling my little dog, 

I am going away across the Sun...

Artistic Vision of Justice

Due to my participation on the Artistic Vision of Justice event Kain Scalia interviewed me before the event, and he wrote some words about my work... Here you got them :

elros Tuominen contributied “We should all be the same”. It consists of a tree-like structure from which five spheres blossom, with exotic texturing and effects.

We should be the same

A very colorful work, its accompanying textual statement is perhaps one of the most direct: That although each individual is unique and different, each and every one should have equal rights before the eyes of the law.

The trunk of the metallic tree and its branches represent the common root of the law, with its five 'fruits' representing the myriad different individuals.

“I thought of it for a long time”, Tuominen added, “and it came that way.... it has to be tall, it has to be a tree, where we all got our place.”

An artist who delves into the positive side of the human experience, Tuominen believes that an artist should take the best from within himself. Dwelling on the negative and the low, he states, is easy-- to propose something positive is the task of the visionary.

Butterflies through the spped of light

Wonderful clip made by Earth Primbee, he added some great music as well, and catched the magic of this work perfectly in my opinion, quick movements and light frames crossing the space.

This idea was born after making some new textures based on colours and thin lines, I wanted to create a little box where everyone could feel the sensation of beeing crossed by light, a kind of space travelling, in company of astral butterflies... many thanks Earth, wonderful work...

Magellan Egoyan, art lover and friend spent more than 40 minutes of her life trying to understand my weird English, he was really patient, and we both laughed a lot trying to talk to each other but it was a great experience, and I tried to explain him my work and inspiration;

I do remember that day like a funny day, the day I talked to that guy that came around while I was enjoying my building time with Pandora Wake, so many time ago, time seems to run faster than sound in SL... And Mag, it was an honour talking to you, and a pleasure; I hope we will be able to share more funny moments inside that foolish world.
